Processing Time:

All custom sneakers are hand-painted with care. Orders typically take 2 to 5 weeks to complete, but may take longer depending on the complexity of the design and the volume of orders I have scheduled at the time. I always aim to deliver the best quality possible.

Shipping Time:

Once your order is completed, you will receive a tracking number.

Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days (may vary depending on location and customs)

Shipping Fees:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method. Occasionally, I may offer free shipping promotions.

Customs & Import Duties:

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or delays caused by their country’s customs process.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, I am not responsible for delays or lost packages. However, I will always help you track your order and contact the carrier if necessary.

Shipping Address:

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I am not responsible for items sent to the wrong address due to customer error.
