All of my products are custom-made and hand-painted with care, which means each piece is one of a kind. Because of this, I do not offer returns or refunds.

However, if there is an issue with your order  such as receiving the wrong size, design, or a damaged item —m please contact me within 3 days of receiving your package. I’ll be happy to review the case and find a solution for you.

Please note:

• I am not responsible for damages caused by misuse, improper care, or shipping delays beyond my control.
• Orders cannot be canceled or changed once production has started.
